Return Policy for Plum Sugar Shoppe
Thank you for choosing Plum Sugar Shoppe for your shopping needs. We value your satisfaction and strive to provide the best possible experience. Please review our return policy to understand the process and conditions for returns.
1. Returns
You have 14 days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To apply for a return please send an email to info@plumsugar.net and explain the reason for your return. If eligible, we will accept the return and provide a refund of the purchase price upon receiving the goods. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer except in the case of a defective product. If the product is damaged/ defective upon receipt, the Plum Sugar Shoppe will provide a return shipping label.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personalized items
PLEASE NOTE: items returned without first contacting the Plum Sugar Shoppe at info@plumsugar.net will not be accepted and NO refund will be issued.
3. Refunds
Once your approved return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@plumsugar.net to initiate the exchange process. You will be responsible for the shipping costs associated with the return of the original item and the shipping costs for the new item.

You will be responsible for paying for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged / Defective Product Shipping:
If your item arrives damaged or is structurally defective (a rip, tear, missing button, etc.) the Plum Sugar Shoppe pay for return shipping and will replace the item or provide a refund of the purchase price.
