Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Plum Sugar Shoppe! We carefully package each order and work to get your items on their way as quickly as possible.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing may take a little longer during sales, product launches, and peak holiday periods.
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Times
Shipping charges and available delivery options are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and package size.
Estimated delivery times after processing are:

Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, customs processing, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery.
Shipping Locations
Plum Sugar Shoppe ships throughout the United States, including to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, and APO/FPO addresses where carrier service is available.
We also ship internationally to eligible destinations. Available shipping methods and rates will be displayed at checkout. Certain expedited shipping methods may not be available for P.O. boxes or some international destinations.
International Orders, Customs, and Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by the destination country. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, these charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost and are the customer’s responsibility.
Plum Sugar Shoppe cannot predict or control customs charges or customs-processing times. Customers are responsible for complying with the laws and import requirements of their destination country. International packages that are refused or left unclaimed may be subject to return shipping charges and any fees assessed by the carrier or customs authority.
Tracking Your Order
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after you receive your shipping confirmation. If your tracking has not updated after that time, please contact us at info@plumsugar.net.
Some international shipping methods may provide limited tracking after a package leaves the United States.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to update the address before shipment, but we cannot guarantee changes after an order has been processed or shipped.
If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for the cost of reshipping the package.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once a package has been accepted by the shipping carrier, its transportation and delivery are handled by that carrier. If tracking shows that your package is delayed, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us if you need additional assistance.
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please:

Confirm that the shipping address on your order is correct.

Check around your property and with other members of your household.

Ask nearby neighbors whether the package was delivered to them.

Contact the shipping carrier for additional delivery information.
Please notify us at info@plumsugar.net within 7 days of the reported delivery date so we can help investigate. Plum Sugar Shoppe is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery, but we will do our best to assist.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email info@plumsugar.net within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
